Consumer observation:

Iced coffee at Burger King and Jack-in-the-Box tastes like iced condensed milk. I love condensed milk and all, but I wouldn't pour it in a cup of ice and chug it. =/

McDonald's still has the best (cheap) coffee around if there isn't a Coffee Bean nearby.
